ChoiceNet has had several calls over the past few months about disconnections from the internet when doing email. In all cases, the callers were using Outlook Express as their email "client" or program.
If you experience disconnects while on Outlook Express, check your settings to see if you have a checkmark on "Hang up after Sending and Receiving". If you do, uncheck it by clicking on the checkmark.

To find this information:
1. Launch "open" Outlook Express by double clicking on the Outlook Express Icon
2. Click on the Menu item "Tools"
3. Click on "Options"
4. Click on the "Connection" tab
